Substance use disorder is a condition where you experience a problematic pattern of using substances such as alcohol, opioids, stimulants, or marijuana, that affects your health, well-being, and quality of life. The good news is that it is a treatable condition. With the right treatment and support, most individuals are able to overcome it.
Because you are part of the Benton County Therapeutic Courts, you have access to this completely confidential, proven online program—CheckUp & Choices—that will allow you to scientifically assess your relationship with alcohol and drugs and then help support you in making changes.
While no one from Benton County Therapeutic Courts will have access to your specific answers to this program, you are required to complete CheckUp & Choices as a condition of your phase, and Therapeutic Courts staff will receive regular progress reports from CheckUp & Choices.
